Pancaran Group realizes the importance of Leaders’ role in each Division, Department and work unit in improving the quality of personnel development in their respective teams. That’s why HRGA – OPD conducted a training with theme “Team Leadership” which is facilitated by Kubik Training & Consultancy with participants from all Deputies, Head of Departments and selected Supervisors. The aim of this training was to equipped all participants with mindset as a Leader and also Coaching techniques in order to optimize the strength of each team members.
